Anthony grew up playing music in punk bands Around Southern California. He took the raw simple energy from punk music and translated it into singable, yet theologically deep songs for the church to use in corporate worship. He served the church through music for 14 years and has released multiple recordings of songs that are sung in churches around the country.

Anthony now serves in full-time pastoral ministry in Austin, texas. He has taken his love for writing songs and transferred that passion into crafting sermons, blogs and podcasts for the church.

In 2019 Anthony earned his M.A. in Practical Theology from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis. Anthony is an ordained pastor in the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod.
